Champion

  • Reach 10+ referrals to be entered into the champion prize draw
  • Reach 4 content contributions for an additional chance to win
  • Get 1 additional entry for every colleague that signs up to refer youth

Level 4
Leader

  • Reach 15+ referrals to be entered into the leader prize draw
  • Reach 8 content contributions for an additional chance to win
  • Get 1 additional entry for every colleague that signs up to refer youth

How it works

When you sign up to refer chronically ill youth and give them access to Upopolis, you start out as a subscriber. Once you get to know our platform and refer your first 5 youth, you’ll become eligible to win great prizes. Move up the levels for every additional 5 youth that you refer. The higher your contribution level, the bigger the prize. Prizes include things like conference registration, professional body annual membership, industry-specific webinars, research funding, practice-related care items, features on our website/social media, and more. Want to move up a level? Simply refer 5 youth to Upopolis to get started. You’ll get extra entries for submitting expert content and referring colleagues to become subscribers too.

What kind of content can I submit?

  • Coping tools (guided imagery scripts, mindfulness tools, breathing techniques, and more)
  • Diagnosis-related information (created for youth)
  • Preparation and procedural content
  • Youth program information
  • Ask an expert: Create a short video clip answering a question submitted by a youth
  • Guest blogs for upopolis.com
  • A series of 5 expert tips for families to be posted on Upopolis’ social media
  • A series of 5 expert tips for youth to be posted on Upopolis
